Your Arbor Peaks home is created using our signature H+ME Technology process, which relies on specialized 3D modeling software to virtually construct and deconstruct each aspect of the building’s design, piece by piece. From the overall structure and layout, to the specifics of heating and ventilation, electrical and plumbing, everything is analyzed and optimized before a single board is cut or nail is fastened.
Once every element of the plan has been checked and re-checked, production of building components begins in our state-of-the-art 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Here, automated machinery performs many of the key steps of materials preparation, manufacture and assembly. That ensures not only consistently accurate production and lower tolerances, but also allows us to create precision-engineered single-piece floor and wall panels that are much larger than allowed by traditional construction methods — meaning fewer seams and joints, and greater overall structural integrity.
Because most of the components of H+ME Technology homes are pre-assembled before they reach their destination, the entire home can be constructed in a fraction of the time it takes a traditional build. That means less likelihood of damaged building materials and minimal time is lost due to weather
For our customers, it means there are virtually no errors in construction, no compromises or deficiencies on how and when things get finished. It’s an altogether better way to build!
We've built our reputation by continually seeking to marry design innovation, construction technology and craftsmanship in new and exciting ways, to create homes that are quieter, brighter, healthier, more energy-efficient and quite simply, better built. Exceptional quality and value for today. Peace of mind for the years ahead. That's the Great Gulf difference.
