GREAT GULF RECOGNIZED WITH THE OHBA PROJECT OF THE YEAR PRESTIGE AWARD FOR SUMMERLYN VILLAGE – SIMCOE COUNTY
Toronto, September 2016 – Great Gulf was recognized with the coveted Project of the Year Low-Rise Prestige Award for Summerlyn Village in Simcoe County by the Ontario Home Builders Association (OHBA) at a conference held September 18 to 20, 2016 in Collingwood, (John Blums Architect Inc., Builder Insight Group Inc., Mike Niven Interior Design Inc.).
“It’s a great honour to be recognized with this award. We are deeply committed to delivering outstanding residential offerings to discerning consumers,” said Great Gulf President Christopher Wein. “We’re always looking for new ideas, new innovations and a better way to build. We focus on research and development and what the future’s going to look like. We spend a lot of time travelling in the US and Europe, Scandinavia and the UK looking at new technologies. We focus on product development and design and create living spaces with an emphasis on sustainability and ergonomics.”
All Great Gulf homes are built with H+ME Technology – 3D CAD platform, 3D computerized models designed and rationalized within a 3D platform using robotics. With H+ME Technology’s industry-leading innovation, we’ve changed the way we build and live in homes. They are now quieter, with less creaking and vibrating. Healthier, because we build them indoors which means weather elements don’t affect the structure. H+ME Technology’s approach to home-building and dedication to design and process has helped make Great Gulf homes safer, more environmentally friendly, less hazardous and wasteful, sustainable, cost-efficient, and reliable. Basically, our homes come with the one quality we all seek in homeownership: peace of mind.
