THEN, AFTER MORE THAN A MILLION CALCULATIONS, WE BUILD IT A SECOND TIME.
WITH VIRTUALLY NO ERRORS.
After each measurement is calculated and tested, construction instructions are sent (with the push of a button) from our CAD world to the real world in our state-of-the-art, 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, where every floor and wall panel is precision engineered.

finally, we can assemble a single family home on site in as little as two days. The result is a home with stronger structural integrity, straighter joints, and improved ventilation. Because we can assemble the home so quickly, there are no damaged building materials or lost time due to weather.
