Customer Care Site Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON

Position responsibilities

  • Create new files and maintain daily filing for the hi-rise division
  • Data entry in creating homeowners’ deficiencies/work orders etc.
  • Run reports on a daily/weekly basis to update trades and staff of outstanding work
  • Answer phone calls and troubleshoot with purchasers
  • Respond to inquiries in a polite, courteous and professional manner
  • Follow up with trades to ensure that service notifications were received
  • Assist the Customer Care Manager with scheduling trades
  • Email communication with homeowners as necessary
  • Assist with key and closing packages as required
  • Any other duties, as assigned
