Great Gulf Celebrated For Leadership and Innovation in High Performance Green Building by ENERQuality



Toronto ON, February 2018 – Great Gulf received industry accolades and recognition at the 2018 ENERQUALITY HOUSING INNOVATION FORUM with awards including Building Innovation-Low Rise and Builder Achievement Award.

Held at Universal Eventspace in Vaughan, EnerQuality (EQ), Canada’s number one certifier of energy efficient homes and the market leader in delivering award-winning residential green building programs, recognized industry leaders in high performance building.

In the low rise sector, Great Gulf has been an industry leader in the Energy Star program with a main focus on the exterior envelope and mechanical designs. H+ME Technology provides engineered panelized floor and wall systems to all low-rise and mid-rise projects with on-time delivery and precision detailing. The high-rise division focuses on project and location specific designs surpassing the Toronto Green Standards requirements. Great Gulf is also a founding member of the Active House Alliance which focuses on comfort, energy and healthy living environment.

Great Gulf’s H+ME Technology building science, an advanced indoor automated manufacturing plant allows roof, wall and floor assemblies to be built as integrated panels in a controlled environment.
