LA CLARA Sales Gallery Opens with added Safety Protocols

PALM BEACH FL, May 20, 2020 – Great Gulf, developer of LA CLARA Palm Beach luxury condominium announced that the LA CLARA Sales Gallery, located at the Royal Poinciana Plaza will reopen on May 20th in accordance with public health guidelines and with additional safety measures in place.

During this first phase, hours of operation will be from 11am to 4pm and by private appointment. Social distancing will be enforced, a hand sanitizing station will be installed, and face masks will be made available to clients. Extraordinary cleaning procedures have also being implemented.

“The safety of our sales team and our clients is our first priority,” said Chris Leavitt, Director of Sales for LA CLARA.

LA CLARA’s sales team will continue to offer guided virtual presentations and tours of its two to three-bedroom residences, including stunning amenities, to interested buyers unable to visit the sales gallery. The virtual tours are 20-30 minutes and offered by phone, Facetime or Zoom for a richer experience.
